Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Late Fee:
Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late will be charged a $10 late fee. Depending on the service and schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
No-Show Fee:
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Future appointments may require payment in advance.
